Over the years, I have been involved in nearly every aspect of the trade, including retail sales management, hands-on installation, professional education, importing, and distribution. I come to your home (at no charge) and measure to let you know how much tile to buy. I quote you a price for installation, and we schedule a day.
Can You Go Over Existing Tile?
Sometimes! Every backsplash is different, but I can let you know once I see it.
How Much Does This Cost?
Average labor cost of a backsplash is about $800. Prices can vary by the size of your backsplash and the amount of custom work. Most backsplashes are around 30 s.f. +/-. Average "tile" costs are $2 per s.f. or more. Average "mosaic" costs are $10 per s.f. or more. My labor price includes all necessary material (except the tile!).
How Long Does Installation Take?
Most backsplashes are done in 1 to 1-1/2 days (depending on the size and intricacy); it could be as much as 2 to 2-1/2 days for bigger jobs.
Do You Do Other Areas?
Yes! Fireplaces, Island Walls, Laundry Rooms, and Non-Wet Areas in Bathrooms. No Floors!!
